5. Order and Delivery Policy
Orders are accepted 7 days a week.
Orders placed before 11:00 PM will be delivered the next day or on the delivery date chosen during checkout.
OGCART sources all products fresh from procurement centers to ensure best quality and freshness.
6. Pricing Policy
Prices are updated daily and are applicable as per the rates displayed at the time of placing the order.
In case of any invoicing errors or discrepancies, OGCART reserves the right to issue a corrected invoice, which shall be payable by the user.
7. Weight & Quantity Variation
Due to practical challenges in weighing certain fruits and vegetables, there may be up to a 5% variation (higher or lower) from the ordered quantity.
Users agree to pay as per the final invoice.
OGCART ensures fair weighing practices and strives to maintain accuracy and transparency in every delivery.
8. Product Availability & Quality
If a product is unavailable or does not meet quality standards, OGCART reserves the right not to deliver that item. The amount will be adjusted or refunded accordingly.
