With customers, to display the delivery partner’s name and contact number for delivery coordination.

We do not sell or rent delivery partner data to any third party.
OGCART retains delivery partner data for as long as the account remains active or as needed for operational, legal, or tax compliance purposes.
Once the account is terminated, data may be retained for a limited period (as required by law) before being securely deleted.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect delivery partner data from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.
Sensitive data such as identity and payment details are encrypted and stored securely.
The OGCART Delivery App requires location access (GPS) to:
Assign nearby delivery tasks.
Show real-time navigation and delivery progress.
Enhance route optimization.
Location access runs only when the app is in use or actively delivering an order.
Delivery partners can disable location access anytime from device settings, though this may affect app functionality.
Delivery partners have the right to:
Access and update their personal information.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request account deletion by contacting support (subject to legal requirements).
